Responsibilities

  • Lead and run project activities within your area of responsibility at division, segment, country, or company level. This includes project setup such as developing business cases, timelines, project organisation, and reporting.
  • Advise customers throughout the entire project lifecycle following our comprehensive consulting approach, while contributing to the development and enhancement of our service offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and key interface between the customer and the project team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide proactive consulting to customers and business partners on standardisation, harmonisation, automation, and optimisation of services, quality, and costs.
  • Set up and maintain project management and controlling tools, supervise implementation, and monitor performance in terms of time, quality, and costs. Ensure accurate approval of project results (including quality gates), status reporting, and documentation within your assigned area.
  • Clarify and track project achievements and challenges with customers and/or project team members, including escalation and stakeholder management when required.
  • Present project status and results to relevant decision-making bodies (internal and external), preparing all necessary materials and coordinating effectively.
  • Act as a sales ambassador for GBS, promoting services and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in project management, with hands‑on experience in digitalisation projects and change management.
  • Extensive consulting experience, particularly in the design, optimisation, and implementation of new processes.
  • Ability to apply strong risk‑mitigation principles and demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Experience in leading function‑oriented project teams, including agile project structures, at an international level. You thrive in global projects and enjoy working within virtual, multicultural teams.

Advantageous

  • Professional certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping in areas such as finance, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting.
  • Intercultural experience.
