Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential. We offer a role with responsibility, independence and the possibility to contribute proactively. We foster a teamwork culture with room for individual development.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning Program Manager to join our GSCS Learning & Development team. In this role, you will lead global learning and enablement programs that support strategic business transformation across Sales, PreSales, and GCS. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate business needs into impactful learning solutions that drive adoption, capability development and measurable business outcomes. You will also lead and develop a team of three Learning Program Managers, combining strategic program leadership with coaching and people development responsibilities. While the preferred location for this role is the UK, ideally within commuting distance of Solihull, we welcome applications from candidates across Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, France, Spain and Italy. The role involves occasional travel (approximately 5-10%).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex global learning and enablement programs that support strategic business transformation.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market stakeholders to identify business needs and design enablement programs that drive capability development, process adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into learning strategies, roadmaps and measurable program objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving engagement, governance and adoption across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern learning practices to improve program effectiveness, efficiency and learner impact.
  • Coach and develop a team of Learning Program Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Learning & Development, Learning Consultancy, Sales Enablement or Learning Program Management.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale learning, enablement or business transformation programs within global or matrixed organisations.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate business challenges into effective learning solutions.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience working within Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Services or other Go-to-Market functions, with an understanding of how learning and enablement drive business performance, adoption and organisational change.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and confidence using AI tools to support learning design, content development and programme delivery.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying learning measurement and evaluation techniques; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
