This role is open to candidates based in any EMEA country. Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. The Global Operations team is searching for new talents. You have several years of experience working in salesforce.com environment and have a real passion for the tool! You are dynamic, adaptable, creative and can work within a global fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects & enhancements to existing solutions.
- Assist the Project Manager in providing detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and in articulating the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
- Product Owner role: Work closely with the IT teams to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action. Prioritize backlog and monitor the work progress to ensure features are successfully delivered.
- Own testing and implementation plans, including communication & semi-technical documentation.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with SFDC.
- BA in Business or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company.
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin or any SFDC certification preferred.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Strong attention to details, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written global communication skills.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of Siemens business processes and software systems a plus.
- Ability to Customize Application (creating new fields, workflow rules, email alerts, flows, validation rules, profile & permissions management, etc.).
