About the Role
As a Project Manager in our Services organization, you will lead and deliver projects, champion an agile approach, and put the client journey at the forefront of every endeavor.
You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project performance, ensure financial health, and deliver tangible customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Drive value realization and delivery excellence by ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, within‑budget project delivery.
- Establish and implement robust project structures and governance in line with the Siemens Delivery Framework to ensure clarity, control, and consistent success.
- Master project financials, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard project success and financial health, while providing strategic insights.
- Lead the tracking of project performance, reporting metrics, and provide insightful, strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
- A proven track record of successfully leading complex projects with a history of reliable delivery.
- Financial foresight: strong experience in managing project budgets, ensuring financial health and efficient resource utilization.
- Inspiring leadership and communication skills that enable you to empower, engage, and guide diverse teams toward shared goals.

Benefits and Compensation
This is a fixed‑term contract role from 09/01/26 to 10/15/27.
The total cash compensation range for this position is £50,000 to £99,900, with 20 % of this comprising an annual incentive target based on 100 % achievement.
