As Global Strategic Programs Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact global initiatives that support the priorities of our Global Role Based Councils and broader business leadership. This role manages a portfolio of programs focused on improving operational efficiency, enabling global consistency, and implementing new tools, processes, and strategies across the organization.

This role is crucial for defining, planning, and delivering global initiatives that drive operational efficiency, standardization, and improved ways of working. Acting as a key member of the Council Operations team, you will bring together subject matter experts from across regions and functions to design solutions, align stakeholders, and successfully deliver global projects.

The position requires strong project leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive organizational change through structured change management methodologies, including PROSCI ADKAR. This is an individual contributor role that leads cross-functional global workgroups to deliver high-impact initiatives.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

  • Leading a portfolio of strategic initiatives sponsored by Global Role Based Councils or driven by broader organizational priorities.
  • Ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Translating council priorities into clearly defined initiatives with agreed scope, objectives, KPI and expected business impact.
  • Developing and managing end-to-end program plans including timelines, milestones, governance structures, and deliverables.
  • Establishing and leading global workgroups consisting of subject matter experts from multiple functions and geographic regions.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to drive consensus and decision-making for program execution.

What do you need to realize what matters:

  • You are highly experienced in leading complex global programs or projects, ideally in the context of operational efficiency, standardization, or tool implementation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a distinct advantage.
  • You possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans.
  • You bring solid knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies, preferably with PROSCI ADKAR certification.
  • You are a compelling leader, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent, enabling you to achieve alignment across regions and functions.
  • You work in a structured, result-oriented manner and are able to prioritize in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this global role.
