About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead business development and partner growth across the entire UK. From Scotland to Cornwall, you will be on the road as needed - meeting dealers, supporting them with business growth initiatives, prospecting new studio partners. This is not a passive account management role. We’re looking for someone with energy, hunger, and ambition, someone who thrives on results, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to open doors and close deals. Your remit includes growing retail revenues, unlocking luxury contract business opportunities, and ensuring the performance of our entire UK partner network. You’ll work closely with the UK Managing Director, Contracts Business Development Manager and UK Marketing Manager, HQ teams in Germany, and studio owners in the UK, making this a high-impact role at the forefront of SieMatic’s expansion in the UK market.

Essential Professional Qualities

  • 5+ years’ experience in the KBB industry
  • Strong track record in national sales, business development or account management
  • Deep understanding of kitchen furniture and technical product knowledge
  • Commercially savvy with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong communicator and persuasive presenter
  • Degree-level education preferred
  • Confident training teams and influencing senior decision makers
