Some of the job is straightforward administration. You’ll keep an eye on the estates helpdesk, spot jobs that aren’t progressing and ask the questions that help move them forward. You’ll coordinate with contractors, help arrange servicing, support projects and make sure the wider estates and property team has the information it needs. In other words, you’ll start to learn how an estates operation actually works. The School is open to supporting the right person with training, on-the-job development and potentially an apprenticeship or further qualification as you build your experience.
