Your profile:
- Proven experience managing field-based engineering or service teams
- Strong operational and people leadership skills
- A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working in fast‑growing or change‑driven organisations is highly desirable
- A technical or engineering background (electrical, mechanical, automation or similar) is preferred

Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers
- Manage day‑to‑day service operations, including reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer performance targets are consistently achieved
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across all field operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training as the team continues to grow
- Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the roll‑out of new sites and the expansion of the reverse vending machine (RVM) network
