Your profile:

  • Experience in a field-based technician or engineering role
  • Practical mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding skills
  • A self‑motivated and reliable approach to working independently in the field
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑growing and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Full UK driving licence

Your responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on reverse vending machines
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and basic software‑related issues
  • Install replacement parts and carry out minor upgrades where required
  • Ensure machines are safe, reliable and operating in line with agreed service levels
  • Accurately record completed work using mobile service management systems
  • Represent the company professionally at customer sites
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • Support new site roll‑outs as our network continues to expand
