Your profile:
- Experience in a field-based technician or engineering role
- Practical mechanical and/or electrical fault‑finding skills
- A self‑motivated and reliable approach to working independently in the field
- Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Full UK driving licence
Your responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on reverse vending machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and basic software‑related issues
- Install replacement parts and carry out minor upgrades where required
- Ensure machines are safe, reliable and operating in line with agreed service levels
- Accurately record completed work using mobile service management systems
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Support new site roll‑outs as our network continues to expand
