We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and forward-thinking Digital, Data & Clinical Services Lead to join our friendly and supportive GP practice in Sidmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong digital, analytical and organisational skills to play a key role in shaping how technology, data and clinical workflows support high-quality, safe and efficient patient care.

Working closely with the senior leadership team and clinical colleagues, you will help optimise digital systems, improve data quality and support the ongoing development of clinical operational workflows, including total triage (Care Compass). Key Responsibilities
  • Support the effective use and development of digital systems and clinical software
  • Work with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows, access and patient pathways
  • Support data quality, reporting and information governance processes
  • Assist with the implementation and optimisation of digital tools and system changes
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and patient experience
  • Support staff in developing confidence and capability in using digital systems and processes
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong digital and IT system confidence, ideally within healthcare or a complex organisation
  • Experience working with data, reporting or performance information
  • Understanding of clinical systems, workflows or patient access processes
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insight
  • Experience supporting service improvement or change projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • NHS or primary care experience desirable but not essential
