The post-holder is responsible for the pastoral care of pupils in the provision and leads on its therapeutic interventions, providing high-quality, relational and trauma-informed support. They lead therapeutic continuing professional development (CPD) for colleagues, lead the relational and restorative culture of the provision in line with its Five Pillars (Welcome, Known, Contributing, Supported and Connected), and lead the branding and clear articulation of the provision’s space.
