Job requirements
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrable equivalent experience in supporting speech, language, and communication needs.
- Evidence of commitment to continued professional development.
- Proven experience delivering speech, language and communication interventions to secondary-aged students.
- Demonstrated experience working with autistic children and young people within an educational setting.
- Experience collaborating with parents and other professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dynamic approach to securing positive outcomes for learners.
- A strong commitment to empowering young people and building meaningful connections.
