We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic 16+ Admin & Careers Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with administration tasks, monitor study areas and ensure students are on tasks and producing high quality work. Support the Assistant Head for CEIG, and the Assistant Head of post 16, in striving for personal excellence to be developed by all pupils, ensuring all information for 16+ bulletin is collected on time and timely communication is done with students and staff, whilst leading on aspects of careers provision across the school.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 08.00am to 4.00pm, Term time plus 2 days (results day Post 16 and GCSE)

Job requirements:

  • A diploma or equivalent level of professional experience.
  • Experience working within a secondary school or FE college environment, specifically with the 16-19 age group.
  • Ability to manage complex administrative tasks, data collection, and reporting (e.g., tracking destinations or attendance).
  • Ability to organise events such as Careers Fairs, UCAS/Apprenticeship evenings, or transition weeks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
