Sidney Stringer Academy in Daimler Green is seeking a Reading Support Assistant to deliver targeted reading interventions for students in years 7–11.

Based mainly in the library, you will assess reading abilities and implement stage-not-age programmes to raise literacy outcomes.

You will support pupils across a range of needs, from letter recognition to comprehension, helping apply skills within the wider curriculum and assisting the library team with administration.
