We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic 16+ Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the 16+ team.
Working hours: 24 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday - 08.00am to 2.00pm, Term time only + 5 days.
As a 16+ Admin Assistant within Sidney Stringer Academy, you'll be able to make a key difference to a pupil's educational experience as a crucial part of the wider team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skill set with key training and development opportunities available.
- At least 5 GCSEs, Post 16 + higher qualifications
- Extensive experience of leading on the administration of 16-19 bursary funds
- Ability to resolve problems and handle challenging situations
- To communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- To motivate and encourage students to work
