About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Hotel Porter to join our team at the Kingswood Hotel. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with luggage
- Providing a professional and friendly first impression of the hotel
- Supporting guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Food & Beverage Support
- Assisting with breakfast service
- Supporting morning coffee and afternoon tea service
- Helping with lounge and lunch service
- Clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining service areas
- General Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas
- Supporting housekeeping and front of house teams as required
- Assisting with deliveries and general hotel operations
- Ensuring all guest areas are well presented at all times
