We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes within our restaurant.
Working alongside a passionate brigade, you’ll help create menus that showcase fresh ingredients and great flavours, while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. As Chef de Partie, you will confidently run your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with the senior chefs and the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
- A solid background in quality kitchens with a focus on fresh food
