The role…
As Assistant F&B Manager you will need to have broad experience of Restaurant, Bar and Events business; along with excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge to support in the management of the bar.
You will need a minimum of two year’s hotel food & beverage experience, one year at supervisory or Assistant Management level and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment.
Experience of working in a high quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
