The Senior Sales Development Representative will possess exceptional communication skills when engaging with potential customers, building relationships and identifying new sales leads. They are responsible for building pipeline through account-base sales, with tactics including calls, email, and leveraging social media to target prospects and manage interaction.

A little about you...

  • Conduct daily consistent outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media activity
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target and engage prospective customers and develop quality leads
  • Build out accounts with associated target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, SFDC and LI Sales Navigator
  • Build and evaluate the effectiveness of sales sequence, create and test new messages
  • Qualify and develop leads in conjunction with Marketing campaigns
  • Identify customer needs and present Interact solutions in a compelling way
  • Arrange quality meetings that turn into opportunities and product demos for account executives
  • Consistently meet daily phone call, email and social media outreach KPIs, as well as meeting qualified opportunity quota goals
  • Maintain consistent records in Salesforce and adhere to tracking and reporting expectations
