    • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA on all email assets to ensure flawless execution, accurate tracking, and a seamless user experience across all devices.
    • System Integration: Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of email data between our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), flow management (Clari), and our CRM (Salesforce), troubleshooting any issues that arise.
    • Technical Configuration: Resolve deliverability issues, configuration issues, build workflows, keep the systems healthy and operational.
    • Reporting: Analyse, and report on performance and trends.
    • Documentation: Maintain documentation for email campaign procedures, system configurations, and channel best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with Website, Content, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into high-performing email assets, and feedback own observations which can then be utilized in other channels as a part of a cohesive overarching strategy.
    • Provide regular, proactive communication to stakeholders regarding campaign launch status, key performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
