The Sales Development Representative will possess exceptional communication skills when engaging with potential customers, building relationships and identifying new sales leads. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for building pipeline through account-base sales, with tactics including calls, email, and leveraging social media to target prospects and manage interaction.

About the role...

  • Conduct daily consistent outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media activity.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target and engage prospective customers and develop quality leads.
  • Build out accounts with associated target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, SFDC and LI Sales Navigator.
  • Build and evaluate the effectiveness of sales sequence, create and test new messages.
  • Qualify and develop leads in conjunction with Marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level executives, VPs and directors within our ICP.
  • Identify customer needs and present Interact solutions in a compelling way.
  • Arrange quality meetings that turn into opportunities and product demos for account executives.
  • Assist and participate in product demos and handoff meetings with account executives; ensure AEs are fully briefed on past conversations with prospects.
  • Consistently meet daily phone call, email and social media outreach KPIs, as well as meeting qualified opportunity quota goals.
  • Maintain consistent records in Salesforce and adhere to tracking and reporting expectations.
