Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and BPO teams.
  • Utilise job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
  • Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high‑performing sales professionals.
  • Ensure that all candidates have a Best‑in‑Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Advise teams on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
  • Share experiences and best practices to continuously improve recruitment.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team when needed, and vice versa.

Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within SaaS software companies, via an agency or in‑house recruitment team.
  • Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French (ideally).
