Responsibilities:
- Provide support to learners with a range of complex special educational needs.
- Support students with speech and communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, social and emotional mental health needs, and learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational activities and interventions.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
