Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to learners with a range of complex special educational needs.
  • Support students with speech and communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, social and emotional mental health needs, and learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored educational activities and interventions.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.

  • Flexible approach to work, able to adapt to the varying needs of students.
  • Experience and understanding of special educational needs, autism spectrum disorder, and safeguarding.
