Shift Supervisor – Responsibilities

• Lead the team on each shift, orchestrating an unrivaled in‑store experience for our customers and your team.
• Protect the brand by ensuring that the team and the restaurant live up to the high standards we set, and that everyone meets all Safety, Security and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with senior managers and your team to create a fun work atmosphere while upholding the highest standards.
• Champion day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring that all store KPI targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Mentor, motivate, and shape your team for greatness through coaching, development, leading by example, and having a real eye for detail.
• Elevate the dining experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the store.
