About the Role
This is a central operational role that anchors the post‑production process - ensuring Sidemen videos are delivered smoothly, accurately, and to a consistently high technical standard each week. Please note that this role may on occasion require weekend work (and in times when this occurs, you will then take the following Monday/Tuesday off of work). The role does not own creative strategy, packaging strategy, or high‑level editorial direction. Its value lies in precision, correctness, and operational reliability; ensuring that complex videos are executed efficiently, technically accurate, and ready for release.
The right candidate will have experience in project management, acting as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders, and at least an intermediate knowledge of YouTube's creator studio.
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical execution and quality control of weekly Sidemen Sunday uploads - from final QC through live publication.
- Coordinate with editors and graphics teams to ensure videos ship with zero factual errors.
- Schedule weekly post production processes.
- Manage graphics data accuracy, sponsor integration, and brand safety checks.
- Act as the operational quality control bridge between post‑production, graphics, and channel ops, flagging risks before they become public problems.
About You
- Proven experience in post‑production, video workflows, or channel operations.
- Experience with YouTube Studio - managing uploads, video library and the general backend operations of the platform.
- You’re detail‑oriented, systematic with QC processes, and comfortable managing dependencies across multiple teams.
- Experience in project management, ideally in a fast paced work environment.
- Proactive about flagging issues, collaborative with creatives, and operationally minded rather than creatively prescriptive.
- Comfortable with Notion and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of editing software.
Nice To Have
- Proficient understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Sidemen content and YouTube culture.
