Sidemen Entertainment is the engine behind some of the most watched and talked‑about moments in digital entertainment. From Sidemen Sunday to the Sidemen Charity Match and Inside on Netflix, we produce culture‑defining content at scale — and our marketing team is at the heart of making it land. We move fast, think creatively, and expect the people around us to do the same.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take ownership over the ideas, execution, and delivery of digital marketing materials to promote growth on the Sidemen's streaming platform, Side+. The goal is simple: bring traffic to our Side+ streaming platform, and convert them into customers.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of marketing campaigns across Side+, such as weekly video integrations on Sidemen Sundays, paid advertising, CRM, and social media promotion.
- Develop creative campaign strategies from scratch, with strong instinct for what resonates with the Sidemen audience and internet culture more broadly.
- Use our existing distribution networks (Sidemen Sunday / More / Reacts / social platforms) to reach audiences organically.
- Analyse campaign performance with a clear eye – understanding what worked, why it worked, and how to build on it.
- Bring fresh thinking to recurring formats and activations and utilise the Sidemen brand to further increase subscriber engagement.
- Understand the difference between small wins and big campaigns, recognising that small wins can have just as much impact as big campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (in the last 2 years) in a marketing role within a subscription platform environment.
- Genuinely creative – you have ideas, you back them, and you can execute them.
- Strong instinct for internet culture and trend‑led content; you don't need to be told when something is popping off.
- Comfortable working with autonomy in a fast‑moving environment – you are a problem‑solver.
- Data‑literate enough to evaluate your own campaigns honestly and iterate quickly.
- Excellent communicator who can hold their own in a room and challenge constructively.
- Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment is a real plus.
Benefits
- Work on projects seen by millions of people, often within hours of launch.
- Genuine creative influence – your ideas will shape some of the biggest moments in UK digital entertainment.
- A team that values ambition, creativity, and moving with purpose.
- Direct exposure to how marketing works at the very top of the creator economy.
- The pace is intense, the work is rewarding, and the scale is unlike anywhere else.
