The Role
We’re looking for a creatively driven Producer to join our in house production team. This is a hands on role, ideal for someone with strong experience in YouTube production, someone who thrives in high energy environments and knows how to shape ideas into watchable, shareable content.
You’ll lead the full production cycle of weekly podcasts and entertainment shows, from ideation and scripting to directing shoots and liaising with post production. You’ll work closely with on screen talent, manage crew, and help us raise the bar for what’s possible on YouTube.
What You’ll Be Doing
Podcast Production
- Lead end to end production of a weekly podcast (video + audio)
- Manage recording sessions and ensure high quality audio/visual output
- Conduct light editing for clarity, pacing and tone
Entertainment Show Development
- Develop and produce new formats within the entertainment space
- Own pre production: concepting, scripting, and planning shoots
- Oversee filming sessions and direct talent on set
- Hand over rushes and project notes to the Post team
Content Coordination
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Post Production team to maintain creative vision
- Keep projects on schedule and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience producing content for the digital space in entertainment.
- YouTube in the entertainment space (personal or hobby channels won’t be considered)
- A strong showreel or portfolio with at least 1 produced video
- Comfortable operating pro or prosumer cameras
- Confident editing in Adobe Premiere Pro (assembly + light creative)
- Strong understanding of pacing, retention, and storytelling for YouTube
- A creative self starter who can lead projects independently
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Collaborative mindset for working with talent, crew, and editors
