We create culture-defining moments weekly, pushing creative boundaries and delivering some of the most watched shows online. We move fast, innovate constantly and have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it.
About the Role
We're looking for a talented, culturally-tuned Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty Creative team. You'll work directly alongside a fellow Graphic Designer and our Creative Director to produce visuals that power one of the UK's most recognisable digital entertainment brands. From YouTube thumbnails to merch drops, social assets to brand campaigns — your designs will have a direct, visible impact on content watched by millions. If you live online, love great design, and know what makes people click, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create social media assets and graphics across Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube
- Support the design and execution of merch drops, product visuals and brand activations
- Contribute to campaign creative for live events, brand partnerships and special projects
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and fellow Graphic Designer to maintain visual consistency across all output
- Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback, keeping pace with a fast-moving production schedule
- Stay ahead of trends in digital design, platform aesthetics and internet culture to keep the brand sharp
About You
- A strong portfolio of digital design work — ideally in entertainment, social media or content-led brands. We'd love to see this presented on Instagram or similar social platform.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and comfortable picking up new tools quickly
- A genuine understanding of the Sidemen's visual identity, tone and what their audience responds to
- Finger firmly on the pulse of online culture — you know a trend before it peaks
- Able to turn around high-quality work at pace without compromising on craft
- A natural collaborator — you'll be working in a tight team and need to give and receive feedback well
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a bonus, but not essential
Why Join Us
- Work at the heart of one of the UK's most influential digital entertainment brands
- Collaborate directly with a Creative Director in a small team where your work is genuinely seen and valued
- Get your hands on huge projects — from major YouTube moments to global merch launches
- The work is fast, the projects are massive, and the brand is unmistakable
