Key Responsibilities Include:
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic leadership alongside the Headteacher, contributing to the school's vision and improvement plans.
- Manage and support the pastoral team, promoting student wellbeing and engagement.
- Support and develop staff, ensuring high-quality teaching and a positive learning environment.
- Engage with parents, governors, and external agencies to enhance student support.
