About the Role: PTW is in need of a Lean Operations Specialist or Manager to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows across our organization. This is a hands-on role for an expert in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies who can get into the weeds, analyze inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving solutions. They will work closely with leadership and teams to streamline processes, scrutinize spending, and ensure every resource is utilized effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth operational audits to identify inefficiencies and waste.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency frameworks to optimize workflows.
- Analyze spending patterns, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to eliminate unnecessary costs.
- Work hands-on with teams to redesign processes for maximum efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational improvements.
- Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations and execution plans.
- Train internal teams on best practices for maintaining efficiency and cost control.
