The role involves cultivating long-term client relationships, presenting PTW/1518 services, closing deals, negotiating, and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate is engaging, personable, enthusiastic, results-oriented, with a strong industry knowledge and a passion for games. Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts and collaborate across teams internationally. Identify and pursue IP, game development, and Art outsourcing opportunities aligned with company goals. Generate new business focusing on Art and Co-Dev deals. Present services at meetings, trade shows, and client events. Demonstrate expertise in game development and art outsourcing business development. Maintain good industry relationships across Europe and the UK. Communicate effectively, negotiate, and create solutions matching client needs. Generate leads through networks and industry research. Execute content-led campaigns as part of sales strategy. Work with delivery and support teams to maximize client engagement. Close inbound leads. Requirements: 5-7 years in business development (Art and/or Co-Dev). Experience in the games industry is essential. Existing contacts with publishers and developers. Proven success in exceeding targets and dealmaking. Deep understanding of game production pipelines for art and development. Experience selling Art Outsourcing and Co-Development deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with forecasting ability. Organized, with a passion for gaming and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to influence across all organizational levels.
