We are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can grow in their faith and families can find support and encouragement.
As our new Children’s and Families Pastor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and developing our ministry for children aged 0-11. You will ensure excellent provision for children during our main Sunday morning gatherings, support parents in their role of raising children in the Christian faith, and explore opportunities for outreach and mission within our local community.
In return, we offer you the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic staff team, to work alongside a team of committed volunteers and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The salary is in the range of £27,300-£32,500, alongside a generous pension and a flexible working week (which will include Sundays).
Ideally, we are looking for someone full-time, but we are open to discussing part-time and flexible options with the right candidate!
