  • What You’ll Be Doing

You will become part of a skilled production team responsible for manufacturing high‑quality welded steel mesh using modern automated machinery. Every shift you’ll learn how to:

  • Operate an automated welding machine
  • Monitor product quality and carry out inspections
  • Adjust machine settings following full training
  • Identify and solve production issues
  • Work safely as part of a close‑knit team
  • Help us continuously improve our manufacturing processes

No two days are exactly the same, and every day offers the opportunity to develop new technical skills. “Shift Pattern” – 3‑shift rotation (Mon–Fri): 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00.

  • We’re Looking for People Who
  • Have practical experience in a production or mechanical environment, setting and operating machinery
  • Display a strong commitment to safety and product quality
  • Can use hand tools (e. g., Allen keys, hammers, screwdrivers)
  • Are comfortable with basic digital tools, such as on‑screen and tablet‑based systems
  • Have an adaptable, driven, and team‑focused attitude, genuinely open to learning new technology and better ways of working
  • Have curiosity about innovation and AI, with ideas for doing things better
  • Can work all three rotating shifts (early, late, and night)

Desirable Skills

  • Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
  • Forklift truck (FLT) licence
  • AI literacy
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production, ideally welding automation or mesh making in another sector
