Warehouse Operative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Manage shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading goods from lorries. * Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining an organised warehouse environment. Requirements * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential. * Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. * Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. * Capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift. * Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for equipment handling. * A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within the warehouse environment. Shifts Monday to Thursday – 8:00 – 17:00 Fridays – 8:00 – 14:00
