Job Summary We are seeking diligent and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our clients dynamic team to help during the busy periods. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Handle materials safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols. * Operate warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and order processing. * Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading lorries. * Maintain an organised warehouse environment by properly stocking shelves and managing inventory levels. * Build pallets for shipping, ensuring stability and safety during transport. * Conduct regular checks on equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Skills * Proficient in picking and packing techniques with a keen eye for detail. * Experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting. * Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Ability to build pallets securely for efficient transportation of goods. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock effectively.
