SID Recruitment is looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver who is looking to expand their skill set with HIAB training. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable driver with at least 2 years of Class 2 (Category C) driving experience to join our team as a Trainee HIAB Driver in the Crewe (CW2) area. What We Offer: * Fully funded HIAB training and certification after a 12 week period * Competitive starting salary with an increase after training is complete * Stable, full-time work with a growing business * Well-maintained fleet and supportive team environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Safely deliver and offload goods using HIAB equipment (once trained) * Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness * Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork * Provide professional and courteous service to customers * Operate within driving laws and health & safety regulations Requirements: * Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence * Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience (essential) * Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card * Willingness to complete HIAB training (provided) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Good local knowledge of Crewe and surrounding areas preferred * Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude Shifts: Monday to Friday – 7:00-17:00 Pay: Starting amount £ 14.42 After training is complete £15.45 This is a temp to perm position Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Class 2 driving : 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
