Sid Lee Sport is a new kind of agency for the world of sport, proving that world-class creative and sponsorship expertise can coexist. We’re growing fast and delivering impactful brand and creative strategies for sponsors and rights holders such as UEFA, Tommy Hilfiger, Lidl, Visa, adidas, FIFA, Suzuki, Eintracht Frankfurt and Acer.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with at least 5 years' experience in events and hospitality to join our Operations team and work on an exciting international partnership account for a leading global payments company.

The account is fast-paced and varied, covering consumer activations across different markets, premium consumer experiences, bespoke events. The role is primarily focused on the day-to-day management and smooth running of the account, working closely with the client, partners and internal teams to keep everything organised, on track and delivered to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a trusted contact for the client, proactively identifying opportunities, anticipating needs and providing strategic support to help maximise the partnership
  • Managing the day-to-day client relationship, including regular communication, client calls and meetings, responding to requests promptly and flexibly, keeping track of actions and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Coordinating with rights holders, partners, suppliers and internal teams to deliver campaigns, hospitality programmes and consumer activations to a high standard
  • Managing ad hoc projects and events from initial brief through to delivery, including proposals, timelines, logistics, supplier management, onsite delivery, post-event reporting and reconciliation
  • Owning hospitality inventory and package management, ensuring allocations, availability, guest lists and usage are accurately tracked and managed throughout the year
  • Providing markets with information, quotes and guidance on how they can activate the partnership
  • Preparing accurate monthly and quarterly account, inventory and budget reports, ensuring all activity, costs and commitments are captured and reported on time, forecasting where required and providing the client with clear visibility of budget utilisation
  • Supporting the development of annual sell-in budgets and package proposals, helping the client plan, optimise and allocate their partnership budget for the year ahead
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date trackers, spreadsheets and account documentation, ensuring information is recorded consistently and can be easily accessed by the wider team
  • Supporting and mentoring the Account Executive, providing guidance, sharing knowledge and reviewing work where required
  • Assisting Account Executive with coordinating all hospitality logistics, including ticket allocations, accommodation, transfers, travel and guest communications, ensuring a seamless experience from planning through to delivery as needed
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies across the account
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc requests and remaining flexible when priorities change

About you

  • You have at least 5 years' experience within an events and hospitality or client services agency
  • You have experience managing complex hospitality programmes, including guest logistics, ticketing, accommodation, travel and transfers, working with DMCs and multiple local suppliers
  • You're highly organised, able to manage lots of moving parts at once, and enjoy finding solutions before problems arise
  • You understand partnership rights, hospitality inventory and package management, and can confidently manage allocations across multiple stakeholders
  • You're proactive, take initiative and enjoy taking ownership, anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities to add value
  • You're an excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and provides strategic day-to-day account support, not just project delivery
  • You're comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, reporting and financial reconciliations, with excellent attention to detail
  • You enjoy mentoring junior team members and are confident working independently while supporting the wider team when needed
  • You remain calm under pressure, solve problems independently and adapt quickly when priorities change
  • You are fluent in English, additional language skills are a bonus
  • The role is based in London and you must have the legal right to work in the UK and hold any necessary visas or work authorisation required for employment
  • Some UK and international travel will be required to support events and client activations, including occasional evenings and weekends

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is organised, methodical and proactive, with excellent attention to detail, who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and the ability to keep a complex account running smoothly day to day.
