- 2 Tecnici HSE con sede di lavoro a
Cardiff , impegnato in un ruolo full time e in presenza , sarà responsabile del monitoraggio e del miglioramento continuo delle condizioni di salute, sicurezza e ambiente nei luoghi di lavoro.
Nel quotidiano, il tecnico HSE effettuerà sopralluoghi, valuterà i rischi, proporrà misure di prevenzione e protezione, scriverà le RAMS e supporterà l’implementazione delle procedure HSE in conformità alla normativa vigente.
Collaborerà con i responsabili di cantiere e con il personale operativo per garantire che le pratiche di lavoro siano sicure e che la segnalazione degli incidenti e dei near-miss sia gestita in modo rigoroso.
Il ruolo prevede inoltre il contributo alla progettazione e all’erogazione di attività di formazione in materia di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro, promuovendo una cultura della prevenzione all’interno dell’organizzazione.
- Qualifiche
- Il/la candidato/a dovrebbe possedere solide competenze in health & safety e occupational health, con conoscenza aggiornata della normativa e delle buone pratiche in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro.
- È richiesta familiarità con environment health and safety (EHS) e safety engineering, per saper analizzare i rischi, definire misure tecniche di prevenzione e contribuire al miglioramento dei processi HSE.
- È importante disporre di capacità di training, con esperienza nella progettazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione per lavoratori e preposti su temi di sicurezza e salute.
- Costituiscono titolo preferenziale una formazione tecnica (diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico/ingegneristico), eventuali abilitazioni specifiche in materia di sicurezza, buone capacità di collaborazione.
