You will act as line manager for the embedded team, supporting each analyst on training, performance management and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role working Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, with at least three days a week based at the client’s London office. There may be an occasional need to work out-of-hours during emergencies and time-sensitive matters.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the intelligence output of the GSOC and regional analysts, including maintaining 24/7 coverage.
- Support the team’s delivery and continuous improvement of a global threat monitoring function through intelligence output.
- Quickly build strong relationships with the client’s in-house security leadership to understand business requirements and set objectives for improving the quality of service.
- Lead project and change management, adapting products and processes to the needs of the business.
- Ensure quality assurance and refinement of analytical product suites that are timely, credible, and provide actionable insight to client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with security verticals and managers to ensure effective liaison, communication, and operational alignment.
- Work with the client team to optimise processes and SOPs for delivering emergency notifications and assessments to internal customers.
- Maintain a good understanding of tools and platforms, ensuring the team utilises these to full capacity.
- Conduct market research and analysis of tools and platforms.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of all Sibylline embedded analysts in coordination with client teams.
- Conduct routine approvals as the line manager or 2-up for all Sibylline embeds on the account, while setting clear expectations for each individual on the account.
- Respond to any training and development needs of the analysts, working with Sibylline’s in-house team to pull resources as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement in Sibylline’s delivery of premium staffing quality and client service, including responsiveness to new business requests.
- Assist with the sharing of information and expertise across the global Sibylline network.
- Other duties as assigned.
