This role requires you to work 6 days on and 4 days off in the client’s London office, rotating between day shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm), (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) and night shifts (11:00 pm – 7:00 am). The PSOC operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the shift rota.

- Respond to any calls from staff needing medical assistance
- Assist first responders, and medical and law enforcement personnel as necessary
- Ensure that staff, assets, and access points are secured on a regular basis, reporting any hazardous conditions to security management
- Follow the client’s escalation procedures to notify security management of any critical incidents, unsafe conditions, or technical failures
- Create accurate communication logs by reporting incidents in dedicated case management databases
- Utilise geographic information systems to ascertain potential risk and incidents that occur in the vicinity of the client’s assets
- Aid investigations by utilising data and information available in sensitive security databases
