Are you a soft landscaper with a passion for plants and a love of outdoor spaces? We are looking for someone to join our team and help us build amazing gardens. You will work alongside our skilled team on complete garden builds and renovations across the southwest, developing your skills and experience along the way.
We carry out work alongside Garden Designers and Landscape Architects, meaning every job is unique, experiencing different styles and aesthetics of gardens. Some experience in the industry is required. Ideally, you will have a strong knowledge of plants and skills such as ground preparation, setting out planting schemes, turfing, tree planting, and maintenance of plants and gardens.
You will be hard-working and willing to learn and develop further skills. We are a small family business based in Somerset and are looking for someone to become a key member of our dedicated team striving to achieve high standards in all that we do. The role would be well suited to someone with a previous skill base, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to work in all weathers.
A company van will be provided along with other benefits for the right candidate. The successful applicant will have a full driving licence, be a committed team player, take pride in their work, and have an attention to detail. Relevant support and training will be provided. A competitive rate of pay is negotiable depending on levels of skill and experience.
