Sibford School in Sibford Ferris is looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join their team starting September 2026.

This role offers a fixed-term contract of 20 hours per week during term time.

You will support a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), implementing strategies to help them achieve their goals and develop independence in a nurturing environment.

Experience and qualifications related to special educational needs will be highly valued.
