- Β£25,363 full time equivalent (Β£12,538.00 pro rata for 25 hrs per week, term time of 34 weeks plus INSET) dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday (minimum of 4 days per week to include a Monday and Friday)

Job Summary
Sibford School are seeking an experienced Administrator to play a key role within the Admissions and Marketing Team, contributing to the school's growth and success through the effective coordination of recruitment and admissions processes, support for events, and the delivery of high quality administrative support across admissions and marketing functions. While the role is predominantly admissions-focused, it also provides ongoing administrative support to the Marketing Manager throughout the year.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with prospective parents and students, providing a positive and helpful experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to tight deadlines. A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Strong proficiency in software packages - Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, website CMS platforms (WordPress) and an understanding of design principles.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Capable of managing and prioritising workload independently and liaising with colleagues effectively.
