Role Purpose:

Ensure that installations perform the desired operations according to existing procedures and policies, and monitor installations to guarantee the delivery of a (semi-)finished product in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle and adjust installations following established procedures and policies, including serving pumps and opening/closing taps.
  2. Fix alerts and troubleshoot issues.
  3. Analyze and perform quality checks on products to meet process requirements.
  4. Identify non-conformities during production and coordinate with other employees to ensure product quality.
  5. Control the quantity of products produced by each installation.
  6. Perform auxiliary tasks related to the production process as directed by procedures and supervisors.
  7. Carry out small maintenance activities and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger tasks.
  8. Collaborate with weighbridge operators, bagging operators, etc., to ensure continuous production.
  9. Input all relevant production data into the IT system.
  10. Use personal protective equipment correctly and ensure its safekeeping as per safety policies.
