As a Service Delivery Manager for our Northern Europe region, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services across multiple countries, clusters, and production sites. Acting as the primary interface between the business and Information Services, you will ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently, meet agreed service levels, and continuously evolve to support business objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers, you will play a key role in managing the regional IT service portfolio, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful deployment of applications, infrastructure solutions, and business process improvements across the region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and ensure IT services effectively support business needs.
- Manage the regional IT service portfolio, overseeing service performance and ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate external service providers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality IT services and resolve operational issues.
- Lead local and regional IT projects, ensuring the successful deployment of applications, infrastructure, and business process solutions.
- Monitor service performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate service catalogues and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Management within an international, multi‑site environment.
- Proven experience managing external service providers, IT projects, and business stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices (ITIL) and experience working in outsourced IT environments.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across the Northern Europe region (approximately 40%).
