Role Purpose
Accurately update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and related records; record accounting information; consolidate data to assess accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records
- Ensure proper coding of invoices
- Prepare journal entries
- Check supporting entries
- Data entry into ERP systems
- Compile data and prepare a variety of financial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in the local language of the country of base and main operations (verbal and written)
- Other languages are an asset
