Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production activities in the site and ensure the activities are performed in a safe and health way.
- Supervise the production activities in the site according to the Operational Excellence principles.
- Ensure activities are performed according to the production schedule.
- Strive for the optimal balance between customer demands and specifications in relation to quality, quantity, efficiency and cost.
- Motivate and evaluate the team members to enhance team collaboration and support their individual development and growth.
- Ensure the production team, both own employees and subcontractors perform their activities considering safety and health as the highest priority.
- Motivate people to report unsafe/unhealthy behaviours/issues.
- Ensure exploitation according to the rules as set in the permits and develop a yearly workplan to be approved by the local authorities.
- Control activities are performed within the predefined budget and alert the sales team when problems arise.
- Collaborate with the production scheduler.
- Align with production scheduler and if needed, with the production manager/operations manager when problems arise and/or the production schedule cannot be met.

- Previous supervisory experience.

- Strong H&S awareness and understanding.
