Job Description: The Business Development Manager Northern Europe is a high-potential strategic commercial role responsible for accelerating profitable growth across Sibelco's Northern Europe business. The role will act as the internal consulting and commercial transformation engine for the region, working directly with the VP Northern Europe and commercial leaders to identify, assess and execute growth opportunities, drive commercial excellence initiatives and support portfolio development decisions. This position combines strategy consulting, advanced commercial analytics, business development and project leadership.

The successful candidate will shape the Northern Europe growth agenda through:
