We are seeking to recruit a Senior Building Surveying to join our team in Dundee.
The Role
As a Senior Surveyor you will be required to Promote the Firm’s services and develop existing client base, be responsible for managing projects and mentoring recently qualified and graduate employees, ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guideline.
The role will primarily involve undertaking a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base.

Role Requirements
Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the Business’ products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
Openness to travel to and manage projects in the Tayside Region.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The candidate should be able to provide a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness.
