We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our growing team in Dundee.
The role will primarily involve audio typing, raising fees, inputting instruction data on to our internal system, co-ordinating staff member diaries, managing property key log book for viewings, answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring a smooth running of the office and the provision of wider admin support. The role will assist our commercial team.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of working within a similar role or property surveying office is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understand the importance of meeting deadlines in order to deliver excellent client care.

- Ideal candidates will have experience of working within an office environment, full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- They will have the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
